Claudia Rattazzi Papka Memorial Fund
The fund was established in memory of Claudia Rattazzi Papka (1966-2000), Columbia BA (1987, Phi Beta Kappa), MA and PhD in Comparative Literature (1996).
This fund provides up to $750 toward 1) attendance at an academic or professional conference; or 2) research expenses (including travel). Since funds are limited, awards are made on a competitive basis.
There will be two deadlines for applications in the 2024-25 academic year: November 25, 2024 and March 24, 2025. Any student funded by the Claudia Rattazzi Papka Memorial Fund must abide by any and all travel rules set forth by the university.
